This site is run by OdileUSA L.L.C., a Wyoming company registered in Florida.

When you call, we log your number and the town your phone company reports, and we record any message you leave. When you use the callback form, you send us your name, phone number, town, the job and any note. Our phone provider (Twilio) carries the call and holds the recording, and a private notification app delivers each request to us. We use it to call you back, and we pass your name, number, town and the job to one independent screen repair company that covers your area, so they can contact you and quote. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

We keep call logs and form requests for up to 400 days, to answer you and to show screen companies how many requests this site produces (as counts, never your details). Recordings stay with our phone provider until we delete them. To have what we hold deleted, send the callback form with the word "delete" in the note, or leave a message saying so.
