One panel or the whole cage
If the rest of the mesh is still tight and dark, replacing the damaged panel is the sensible repair and it is usually one visit. If the screening tears under a thumb, patching a panel buys a few months and the next one goes soon after. A screen company will tell you which you have, and you are free to get a second opinion before spending anything.
The door is its own job
Cage doors take more abuse than any panel. Rollers wear, the frame racks out of square and the latch stops catching. That is often fixable without touching the rest of the enclosure.
